The Hub adds a two-part triage layer for discovery. It sits alongside—rather than replacing—the public SCRIBE evidence policy used on published claim ladders.

APrimary, verifiable or high-quality open data / peer-reviewed evidence.
BCredible and substantially checkable, but with important data or method limits.
CMixed provenance or incomplete chain of custody.
